I bought this ring just 4 months ago and the band has completely corroded away. My partner looks after it very well- always taken it off to shower, go to the gym or when she’s cleaning, so this is completely unacceptable that the band should do this from every day wear. I bought this to replace my partners diamond ring that she lost an year ago and not being able to afford another £3k ring, I thought this would be a lovely replacement (based on the description etc). It’s really disappointing and my partner is very upset. I won’t be purchasing from Vosali again because of this.

Awful company ordered two rings in January for Valentine’s Day. I finally received one ring in the middle of march and I’m still waiting for the other ring. I have contacted them multiple times they just say they will ship another one and that it was lost in transit. The one ring I did receive looks like some fake costume jewelry from target. I suggest either just go to target or spend the extra $ for something of better quality. This is not a good in between option.

My ring came in a reasonable amount of time, especially as I’m in Australia. It is exactly as advertised, the photos don’t do it justice, it sparkles so intensely in the sun, and in low light, like shopping centres. Arrived within 2 weeks, packaged nicely, fits true to size. The stone is very sparkly, many compliments, I bought this to wear to work instead of my original ring and after 1 month of wearing daily the only complaint I have is the silver seems to not shine well after wearing 1 month.

I’m very disappointed as the size chart doesn’t accurately mesure sizes, thus wrong size received. I’ve attempted to ask for a RMA but they do not honour 100 customer money back garantee as a return has to be done in Australia!! Costing more than 50$ to return merchandise.

I can't tell if it is real Moissanite. It didn't shine as bright as my diamond. After I search from the internet about this company, some said they are not moissania at all. it's only cubic zirconia.

Bought the 3carat for my wife and she loves it. She's petite and could probably have done with getting the the 2 carat to be honest, but she loves it, so why try fix it lol. Wonderful packaging and presentation. Highly recommend. Just that tip, if you're petite maybe try the smaller ones.
